Thanks, and yes! I think of it a bit like shadow work where I notice the negative thoughts, acknowledge their existence, and then try to wish them on their way. It's easier for me to do this when hiking/doing a physical activity because the thoughts are more noticeable
this is so great, love a hike diary!! i wish positive thoughts helped me out in a hike, but i really think it’s only extreme negativity that gets me up to a summit 😅
